Over the last decade I’ve switched to being much more into college football, but with all this conference realignment even that has started to wane.
I honestly think it is over-saturation of the NFL product.
I forgot to mention this in my last post. The one correction I noticed was that your cut list got you to 5 picks. I am counting 20 players kept.
Since it is not noon Eastern yet, I am adding Kenyan Drake to my cuts. That should give me 6 picks.
Thanks for the work - I enjoy looking at the board laid our pre-draft this way. That might say something disturbing about me so let’s just move on quickly . . .
I find it interesting that we have an almost full round 4 and half full round 5 this year. 53 picks total makes it the 5 year high based upon Ellis’ earlier data. I don’t have enough time in league to draw any great conclusions about cycles of talent, etc. . . . I just find it interesting that the league as a whole seems to be churning more of the bottom end of the rosters/

I think Omni’s cut list might not be correct. I see Thielen on his pre-draft “keepers” but pretty sure he was on teh cut list in thread.

When you’ve made your pick, look up the next person who’s picking next and use the board notification system by mentioning them with an @ and then their user name.
Taking a while if you’re working out trades is fine, but put out potential feelers before the person’s pick is available so they know someone might be interested. We don’t want every single person to wait the entire 12 hours hoping some previously undiscussed trade interest comes in at the last moment.

I was reviewing trade offers, but frankly trading this pick would be stupid.
1.01 - Bijan Robinson, RB - ATL (not a bad year to finally have the #1 overall pick)
Hassan Haskins was just put on IR with a previously undisclosed injury (announced at 5:19 p.m. by Rotowire). I’d like to drop him for another pick but if I have to hold him that’s fine.

I’m not sold on Gibbs. If anyone has an appetite to trade up I’m willing to listen for offers for 1.02. You’ll need to bring some picks to the discussion. My team is a dumpster fire so adding some 25 year old RB isn’t exactly a win for me.
I’ll leave the window open for an hour or two, but if nothing shakes out I’ll post my pick in a bit.
I feel like the first few picks are always slow like this because offers are getting thrown around by everyone.
