If anyone’s curious, the reason I wanted to free up a roster spot was so that I didn’t have to drop Gostkowski on his bye week.
Anyone else having issues with yahoo? I have a medal at the bottom of the page that won’t go away, and I can no longer read any player notes by clicking the little yellow/orange squares next to their names. I also no longer get the popup info screen when clicking a player name. Now, clicking either a name or a yellow/orange note navigates out of my fantasy team and to the general yahoo player page. Not even a FF page; just the actual player page.
For example, when I click Victor Cruz’s name, or I click the little orange square next to his name, both open up this page, leaving yahoo fantasy football entirely.
I had that problem with the player notes last year. I think it went away when I cleared my cache (including cookies).
No joy.
Damn, this week is the sort of week that Rodgers to Nelson would’ve allowed me to make up a huge gap. Rodgers almost did it alone.
I was outbid $25 to $24 on Crockett Gillmore, and then I was tied at $26 but lost due to waiver priority for Rishard Mathews, making for the most cockblockingest back to back weeks in waiver history. I guess I’ll try $27 next time.
I was in for $25 on Mathews.

Speaking of FAAB bids, I just want to take a moment to apologize to God and my parents for bidding $33 on Mike Vick. I honestly don’t know what I was thinking going over $10 (which, itself, is probably outrageously high).
Andre Ellington is iffy this week with a late start. McCoy is out. I’m actually probably going to start the Eagles #2 and #3 backs as my RB1 and RB2. Does that seem insane? On the other hand, they combined for 40 points last week.
Also, Dale needs to switch QBs.

I only noticed there was a 9:30 AM game at about 8:00 AM. I assumed we’d have at least a couple of guys with lineup problems because of it.
That Devonta Freeman/Coleman for Abdullah trade is suddenly looking like a bad idea though we get to see what Abdullah does with all the reps on Monday.
