OK, @ParallelLines , what the heck is that?
Pretty sure I recall it from a SciFi flick…mebbe living in an asteroid?
It’s another interactive art display at a MeowWolf location. The picture is cropped, but in the original my wife is standing right next to it pointing at it.
Next month we should do noses; cant wait to pick the winners.
@Mean_Mr.Mustard, Do we have to be the photographer or can our eyes be the object of the photo?
You must be the photographer, but you may be the subject as well.
mmm
You laugh, but I have the perfect candidate ready to go.
I’d ask you about it, but I don’t want to be nosy.
Eh, you don’t have to muzzle yourself.
Snot really the thread for puns, but we’ll allow it.
mmm
It’s a pick of the back of my eye from the eye doctor’s. Oh well, I’ve got some other good ones.
Your ophthalmologist is free to submit it.
mmm
@Mean_Mr.Mustard , didn’t I see that fella in a Pixar movie?
Yeah, he shoulda been. Long before this month’s contest I’ve always called this image “eyeballs”.
mmm
Why does @Dung_Beetle 's submission have the Mission: Impossible theme running through my head?
Just posted in the comp thread. If anyone is interested in how I met a meerkat about 25 miles south of London, the details (and more photos) are here:

I just posted mine.
Some of you know that I’m a car guy. @Telemark’s long-running thread, What’s the most interesting car you saw today? (here, ➜ What's the most interesting car you saw today? ■ ), has over 7,600 posts in it, and I currently have the most posts there, with over 1,300 posts.
Last week I drove over to Pebble Beach, CA for the Concours d’Elegance and early one morning on 17 Mile Drive this guy was out driving his 1927 Bentley 4½ Litre.
Here is the original photo, but for the competition I tweaked its exposure to highlight its eyes.
That tiger is great. Yes, intense!
Truth to tell, I like your also-ran even better. This is powerful.
Yeah, I like that one better, too. Is that a dog?
