SDMB rendered as one column instead of three

I accessed http://www.straightdope.com. I saw all of the three columns (Join Our Mailing List!, Listen To This Week’s Podcast!, and the Drawing. However my browser had all three columns placed vertically one after another instead of normally, side-by-side. I was all ready to give IE vs FF version numbers and data and then realized…

When I zoom smaller (Ctrl+minus) the Straight Dope suddenly renders the three columns vertically. Perhaps you want to visit the items and see if they can be changed to scale and preserve the layout. You know, in your spare time.

This is often the case when the site does not download completely into your browser. Most of the time it can be attributed to an incomplete CSS code download. The best way to rectify the problem is force a browser cache flush that forces your browser to download everything all over again.

In FF and IE, use the key combination <CTRL>-F5.
