I’ve always played at games.com. It’s the only place I know that actually looks like it has the Scrabble license, thus you are playing actual “Scrabble” and not some kind of rip-off.

As already mentioned, Games.com has scrabble. I often have trouble getting the game to load there. I prefer to play at Playsite.
If you try it out, look for sandpipersue. I’m there pretty often. I LOVE scrabble! Which makes me wonder how I picked a username only worth a measly 14 points…
