Mr. Rilch and I are all packed to go back east for Christmas/New Year’s. Tomorrow, we will see Two Towers, then head 'em up and move 'em out. Mr. Rilch, Friend and I will share driving. Here’s a little secret: I’ve never driven in snow. I never had a license before we moved to LA.
I don’t really want to do this. I’ve been having that “Jedi premonition” for a while. Or maybe it’s just that I’m so firmly entrenched here that I resist change. Yeah, maybe that’s it. So I should go. At any rate, I have to, because we haven’t been back there for Christmas in five years. And we’ll go to Brandywine, which will be splendid in the wintertime. And I’m going to bake the Christmas cake.
So I guess it’ll be okay. Anyway, happy holidays and I’ll see you next year!
