Personally I don’t care about Seibold’s personal life.
A greater source of interest is the continued gross underperformance of the team he used to coach. Easts just scored over 100 points against them in two games.
The interest is that the board who have picked him to coach a team but woefully managed the team list he had to work with remain, that their media connections continue to see them get prime time free-to-air timeslots (which simply functions to maximise the exposure of their inadequacies) at the expense of better performed teams which is basically all of them, and the number of ex Broncos on the Nine League commentary team who are spinning the trainwreck as just a bit of poor form.
Thoroughly unedifying, 100% consistent with League ethos, and may the ignominy last for another couple of seasons.

If you want to put a conspiracy theory around it, it’s either:
By rabid fans/mutinying players who wanted him fired because he did a shitty job, or
By owners who want to get out of a mega-contract after he did a shitty job
Yes I heard the something, something sex rumour several months ago. Subsequent events conspired to make it seem that the rumours were possibly true. It certainly turned out that the Broncos were fucked anyway.

It appears that the details have been pretty well locked down/prohibited/deleted from Aus-based sites maybe due to laws there, and in Reddit threads that cover the subject, of which few enough exist to keep tight moderation on them.
And it appears no US sites give a shit. I was a little surprised I couldn’t find anything on a UK-based site.
