I’m a pretty swell guy. I’ve been here 6 months, and haven’t gotten in any trouble. I’ve been featured in threadspotting 3 different times (probably a record.) I’ve posted over 1200 times (no padding here, they were all substantive,) in all different forums.
That’s gotta be worth something. Probably Millions. Why don’t I just head on over to ebay and sell my SDMB registration? (everybody thinks Scylla is a girl anyway)

I ended up posting 50 times my first day, and only 5 were at a “post party”.
So, if you get anything for your count, let me know and I’ll spend more time here to catch up. Should take about 3 weeks.
I doubt anyone would pay though for something like a post count, that can be modified by the board techs. They could make themselves 1,000,000 posters with a couple of keystrokes. And if they wanted to discourage it (Why, I couldn’t guess - it’s free publicity, after all) they could knock your count down to about, say, 6.
Read in the WSJ that some guy got over $1,000 for an Everquest character, and wondered.
