Sennheiser lavalier mic frequency?

I need to get a lavalier mic eventually. I’m looking at the Sennheiser Evolution G2 100 Series. The available frequency ranges are:
[ul][li]518-554mHz[/li][li]626-662mHz[/li][li]740-776mHz[/ul][/li]
There is a choice between an ME2 microphone and an ME4 microphone. The ME2 is omnidirectional, so it would be useful for hiding in a scene and picking up the actors around it. I don’t know about the ME4.

Opinions?

The frequency range makes no difference unless you already have a bunch of wireless systems that could potentially interfere.

Yeah, I realised that just after I clicked ‘submit’. :smack:

So it sounds as if the frequency is a non-issue – unless someone else is using the same. I guess it really wouldn’t matter on a shoot, thought it might at an event.
