I’d never heard of a pimp cup until this thread, but I’ve seen them…there are two on display at the Silver Mania cart in the mall I work at, and I walk by them every morning. They’ve been there for years, in the same spot. They are a pretty cobalt blue, and I’d buy them if they didn’t have all the bling spelling out (IIRC) 420 on them.
And even I know what 420 stands for.
I think tomorrow I’ll check what price she’s asking for them!

I worked with a bunch of twenty-somethings so I was introduced to pimp cups during a database installation in one long weekend. That was the weekend when I learned to appreciate the melodious croonings of My Humps, Gold Digger and Laffy Taffy.

Never heard of it. After seeing it, I’m kind of glad I’d never heard of it. So it’s a cup with shiny things stuck on it, that you can’t drink from? To be carried proudly by those who want to be known as pimps?
