A near-tragic incident involving the fictitious characters I’ve created comes to mind here.
One couple, Pete and Loora Oranjeboom (I don’t know if “Loora” is the correct Dutch form of “Laura”) have continental, uninhibited ideas about sex, including fellatio. They tell the other couples about it, including the hulking 6’4" Stan Brown and his 4’10" wife Louise.
They try it once–and quickly lose the mood when Louise nearly chokes to death!

A clarification: I had started a thread in MPSIMS titled “Creating your own fictitious characters,” including five married women, all of whom have good looks, loving husbands, and chidren. (Louise and Stan Brown have three teenage boys.) I admit I came up with this shtick when I was bored, but considering the stuff in novels, movies and TV drama these days, I’d rather create and control characters all by myself. 
Furthermore: I know boom (rhymes with “home”) is the Dutch word for “tree”; and a city in the Dutch West Indies is named Oranjestad. So although I’ve only seen Oranjeboom as a beer brand, I suppose it’s plausible that it could be a surname.
