Is it just me or is the whole world obsessed with SEX?
TV, Magazines, girlfriends, even this morning while on SDMB I have read about female ejaculation, large penis’s, men on men sex…!
Last night on TV I watched, a show about sexually unfaithful couples, a long term soapie couple finally get together in the sack, and something about bikini-clad women.
I went to the loo and picked up a magazine and flicked to an article about keeping your man happy in bed???
Spoke to a good friend who questioned me as to whether she should sleep with a co-worker, and spoke of what she thought the sex would be like. Then (no joke) I spoke to another friend who commented on the poor sex she had recently had about 1 hour later???
I’m far from a prude, and love sex, and love reading about etc, but just today it seems that everywhere I look I’ve encountered something about the ‘deed’.
Could it be that I’m just horny, getting my periods, or is it a full moon, and not only does it bring out the looneys but the sex in everyone too?
I’m sure this has been discussed at length over the years on this site, but does sex really occupy that much of our thinking?
Yes I know I’m contributing but posting this exact question, but it’s making me either want to have sex now, or watch a Lassie movie to get my mind of it.
There are only three wothwhile activities for human beings to engage in: eating, getting high, and getting off. Everything else is a complete waste of time.
It’s against the rules to talk about drugs on these boards, but there are plenty of threads about food and alcohol. It stands to reason that the rest should be about sex, but certain people like to talk about politics and computers and other useless crap for some reason, so there are threads about those things too. To each his own, I guess.
Not me…was watching America’s Funniest Home Videos while eating ice cream straight from the carton, drinking a cheap Chardonnay…sex hasn’t entered my mind yet.
