Kayaker, I voted for your friends farm but when I clicked on their Facebook link, it was disabled. Don’t know if that matters but you might want to point that out to them.

I am indeed. I know I’ve had them at Cipollina before (my fiance used to be the front of the house manager a few years ago) and other restaurants, but never directly.
PS- You may want to take Shoreline off of your restaurant list. 
How cool is that! Do you ever shop at either the downtown or Berger Center farmers market on Satuday?
I’m offering great Doper discounts if you identify yourself as such when you buy a bird. And yes, Shoreline needs to go along with a few others. Maintaining the web page is a low priority on my list right now but it does need to be done asap.
When summer rolls into Texas, everything gets focused on keeping the birds happy. You know how everyone in Game of Thrones runs around wailing “Winter is coming, Winter is coming.” That’s the way I feel when it hits the mid 90’s. Chickens have a hard time moderating their body temperature so I spend a ton of energy making sure they stay cool and alive.
