Here’s where I am:
Joffrey from game of thrones: blond wig, sword, medieval style, maybe veins to be dying joffrey? Feels too late though.
Ryze from league of legends. I want to do this one just because of how difficult it will be. Various bodypaint (particularly purple), shave hair (or bald wig), big boots, giant scroll, giant book, fake beard, various jewellery.
Kuato from total recall. Just get some kind of soft kids toy and then make it match my skin colour with bodypaint. Since TR has been remade, I think this one doesn’t work now even as a retro thing.
Last year I was the doll from Saw. Great outfit, great fun, but obviously can’t use this again this year.
Too bad that there wasn’t some book action going on. You could dress as dead Daenerys or something, and troll all the show watchers* by claiming that she’s going to die.
*You could also troll the pure-readers with show spoilers now, but there’s fewer of those.
I really wanted to do this with my daughter and a chest carrier. Alas she was born in October 2014, so too small then and too big now.
Cracked from today on what not to do. I disagree on one: puns are good as long as you actually came up with it and a google doesn’t turn up dozens of others. One year I was Zamish.
