I saw William Shatner doing the gig at 6:00 this morning. “The law firm of (insert name) blah blah blah”. I figured Robert Vaughn needed the money, but Shatner?
Haven’t seen that spot, though I heard him a few months ago on the Stern show hocking his Paintball Video. The guy certainly makes some weird choices about where to lend his name.

As for the lawyer thing, that kind of makes sense, since he’s on that lawyer show now, but the paintball?
Heh. Today, I saw him hawking some high fibre cereal, making a bunch of not-so-sly poop insinuations. “I’m working on your pipes.” “I was up all night making something for you.”
No idea what the actual brand was, but it was Shatner making poop jokes. He has no shame, which is all to the good.

Refence to his appearance on Third Rock From the Sun. He played the Big Giant Head who showed up on Earth to see how Lithgow and the others were doing. It was a great two parter, with Shatner at his lounge lizard best, IMHO.
