I like pubic hair, on both my wife and myself. But I’ve always been curious about shaving it. I’ve talked about it with her several times, but all I ever get is “Ewww, gross, I’m not doing that!” So, I guess I just have to keep being curious.
I used to shave. I don’t anymore, mainly because I’m not getting laid at present, and the only reason I really did it was for the cunnilingus factor. I mean, hair is bad enough on a man, and there’s not nearly as much to worry about.
Of course, having said that, I LOVE shaved men. It’s much easier to suck on their balls if they’re not coated in hair. I hate getting hair stuck in the back of my throat, too.
I was also unaware that shaving was a taboo. It’s becoming more and more popular. Check out this link for a good essay on the subject.

My old girlfriend shaved before. Upon seeing it, by first thought was “Good Lord, it looks just like a plucked cornish hen.”
Then I had to listen to her bitch for a week while the itchy hair grew back.
From now on, she can keep her whims in her mind and me out them.

I am a guy and I do shave it all off. I just like how smooth it feels. Shaved genital areas on guys are a turn on for me. When I first tried it it itched like hell (I was red down there from the irritation for the first several days). Since I do it every few days it’s not a problem for me. It can be a bit of a chore if I let it grow back but if I keep it up it’s pretty quick to cut it back.
I also like using those mach3 razors (triple blades). I have found that they dont nick me like the regular 2 blade (or even single blade) razors used to. I also didn’t even know it was a taboo either.
Oh and this reminds me, i remember on my universities intranet, one of the posts on the BB was about “hairless pie”. Anyway, a lot of the guys who answered said they liked girls that were shaved, or that kept their pubes trimmed.
I think perhaps this thread would be better served in MPSIMS.

Speak for yourself. I’ve been shaving it all off for about 7 years, and shaving most of it off for much longer than that. Never had an itching problem, never had an irritation during sex problem. Leaving a narrow strip down the middle… eeeew. That is the FIRST hair that should go. That is the hair that gets wet and nasty; the hair you would have to put your mouth on, etc. Bleah. I’ve never gone down on a woman (YET!) but if/when I do, I really really really really really hope she shaves it off because I think pubic hair is vile, disgusting, nauseating, and a major, total turnoff.
And men, shave your ass crack, please? Hairy buttholes are nasty.

Few other things: Yes, orangecakes, dancing made shaving a mandatory thing… even a little hair was just…not quite right. Most girls who left some hair had some little patch about the size of a postage stamp. Oh, and I remember once, having to tell a new girl to shave her butt… I felt really bad but didn’t want her to be embarrassed… she was hanging out in the dressing room with her feet up, in her thong… there was no hair on either side til about half way back, then there were these tufts of butt hair on both sides of the thong… YIKES!
As for men shaving… I’ve shaved a few men 
I really preferred sex (especially oral sex) with a shaved guy… and from what they told me, it brought sensitivity to a new level (which I believe, since it does the same for me).
Suzeanne? You have to tell me again what brand of wax you use… Suze has been coaching me on how to drop the razor habit in favor of wax… and I’ve been building up the nerve for…what has it been almost a year now? LOL

My girlfriend shaves, and I like it. I think hair would just get in the way there. I like the smooth skin.
She shaved me once. I didn’t mind the feeling, but it itched growing back. I keep mine trimmed but not shaved now.
I’m glad this thread opened up. My wife and I have been having a similar conversation. We know a guy who shaves everything in that region. I couldn’t deal with the itch! Hell, I switched to an electric razor because I hated having mess with shaving cream, and blades everyday! I have a couple of questions for you men shavers out there. My friend shaves his balls!

I wouldn’t anymore get near my balls with a razor than poke my eye out with a rusty fork! Pardon the pun, that takes balls! While contemplating all this the other day, I checked myself out in the full length mirror. Mens bodies are just plain ugly. Hair everywhere! I have black hair, and fair skin. While I wouldn’t care to shave, I would certainly be up for a trim.
I like it for all the reasons listed above, plus it just makes the labia more visible. But, I would certainly not insist on it, since it can be a pain, for all the reasons listed above. Never had a gal ask me to, but I would if she wanted. Would not want to all the time; I barely have the patience to shave my damn face every day!
While I’ve never shaved the entire area, I used to shave the area outside the bikini line. Had to. It looked yukky when I wore a swimsuit. I’m married with kids now, and my husband rather likes my hair, so I’m keeping it. If I ever decide to put a swimsuit on again, though, off it goes.
OpalCat: I guess you must have been really disgusted in the days when people still used bar soap. With pubic hair ending up on it. Should we be shaving our armpits too? Just in case, so as not to be disgusting. How about chest hair? That would take 10 seconds for me.

Actually I’m not as grossed out by the rest of body hair as I am of pubic hair. It just gets nastier than other hair…being near open orifices and all, and in a very nasty-smelling-sweat gathering area. Gives me the heebie jeebies just thinking about it. Even clean it’s still icky.
And shaving balls isn’t that hard, you just go slow

On a recent vacation with my boyfriend I decided to shave. It was an amazing feeling; it felt very erotic. My boyfriend loved it, and I loved. Not only was sex so much better the feel of my silk thong on it all day kept me so excited. However it was so itchy that I almost died the next day. I was very diappointed because i wanted to keep it clean, so i am glad to know that with a little bit of patience I can get over that itchy feeling. Going to get my razor right now and shave.
Actually, I prefer a man that at least keeps it trimmed down there
