I gave a tin of caviar to my folks a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, they decided to let it sit around. I am not sure its any good anymore and would guess that it isn’t.
Anyone have any experience with this?
Tell them not to eat it. Even pasteurized caviar lasts only about six months, and when it comes to fresh caviar it’s a matter of weeks or even days.
