I read about 20 posts past the ‘hellos’ in that thread. Y’all (snarkers) actually do buy the stuff and talk about it.

I like shopping. 
Mostly I watch it for the bland and snark effect. Bland because it’s not depressing news. Snark because there is SO MUCH to snark about lol.

I for one welcome our new snarkers. We don’t get cable and don’t get QVC, but I used to like watching it from time to time.
I’ll start. What’s up with the old guy that is selling antique jewelry from a rotating display with a bunch of over-priced rings and stuff and he claims the old quality is much better then the new stuff and the artistry cannot be compared and the diamonds and rubies are way better then the ones at Macys or Walmart but he only has one of each because they are from dead peoples estates and he can’t get anymore so you have to hurry to spend your thousands of dollars but I don’t see any certificates of quality for the cut, color, clarity and weight so I’m not sure if they are good buys or not wait they are not good buys they are come-ons I guess what do you think?

I’m still at Primetimer (and I’ve been with just about all its iterations stretching back to Might Big TV), and I enjoy it. But there are times I want to say something with just a little more oomph than their moderators allow.
Anyway, I’ve never watching those shopping channels except for fleeting seconds on a surf-by, so I won’t have much to contribute to this thread – although I love me some good snark. My older sister got hooked about 10-15 years ago for about a year or two. She mostly bought silver jewelry. It wasn’t terribly expensive, but I thought the quality was somewhat lacking and reflected the low-ish prices. Didn’t like the design/styles either.
OMG, I remember you guys from a few years ago! Y’all are awesome, and I look forward to the snark! I might need to start watching QVC, just so I can get in on the fun.
