there can be no more “free range” than an animal that lives in the wild and is taken by a hunter. It is far better than an animal living in a cage. And there is nothing less traumatic than being killed by a good arrow.
Most animals, killed by an arrow, know not that they are shot.
FWIW, I have not killed a large game animal for 14 years. But those that I did kill never saw the arrow, never felt it hit, and never suffered. I could say worse of the source of pepperoni…

As much as I appreciate everyone sticking up for me, I was indeed baiting Stoid. But she did show the hypocracy that I wanted to bring to the fore.
It is not just about meat and hunting. It is wanting to drive a car but not have any smog, wanting air condidiotning but not wanting new power plants built…you get the idea.
From my perspective, hunters are just more realistic. We know that to live you must kill, which is easy to forget with grocery stores.
