So i work at a bar and grill, it sucks.
So i have been working there for about three weeks, and i have learned about all of the items to cook.
But i have not learned all of the things that i need to work there. Tonight, i ran out of a lot of the things that i need to cook, and i was pissed off, because the waitreseses expected me to know everything and have everything…damn it
And now i work this week about five times this week, and i don’t know how to replenish the supply of things i need to cook. Someone needs to teach me, but there isn’t time for them to do that!!! I really need to know stuff!!!
The boss talked to me once, and i don’t think he will talk to me again, damn him, I NEED HELP BOSS!!!
Ahh shit, i guess this is boring, but anyone who has been a short order cook, please post, give me advice!!!
