Wow, MC…that recitation of statisitcs was breathtakingly meaningless.

As has been pointed out in these threads before, people vote, not land masses. And more people voted for Al.

As for there being more murders in the areas where more people voted for Al…well, guy, there tend to be more murders per capita in densely populated areas. That densely populated areas also went for Gore doesn’t mean squat. You or anyone else trying to make the correlation that murderers vote for Gore is, at best, pretty damn funny. At worst it is evidence of a simple inability to reason. I’ll assume you meant to be amusing.

PS: Someone help me out here…I always forget the term for the logical fallacy that correlation = causation. I know some Doper or a hundred knows what its called. I always forget the names for the logical fallacies…but I know 'em when I see 'em!
