I am a 35 yr old divorced mother and I have a 15 yr old daughter, she wears thong panties and I do not have a problem with it. In fact she wears thong panties and t-shirt when she is sleeping so when she gets up she will be wearing just that. Its just me and her in the house anyway. She does well in school and has a good head on her. Thats just the style these days, if you people are concerned with your kids having sex before their “time” it really doesn’t matter what kind of underwear they wear, they are going to have sex if you want them to or not. As to all the comments about no one caring about teen boys’ underwear-- how many threads have we had here on guys with sagging pants? Different things motivate guys who sag their pants, but we could just as easily be having this debate about whether it’s appropriate for parents to allow their sons to sag their pants.
That said, I don’t think I’d care about the thong underwear. If boys are seeing her underwear, it doesn’t much matter whether you’ve allowed her the thong or not, and disallowing the thong will not significantly affect how soon boys will see the underwear.
