They’re also several times more likely to be the perpetrators of violent crime, often against other men, which explains both statistics. You seem to have conveniently left this out.
Actually about 500 were killed out of 400,000 who served in uniform in non-combat roles. And bear in mind that the disparity had a lot to do with women not being allowed to serve in combat, a right women are still attempting to fully achieve. Again, a convenient omission from your narrative.

The primary idiocy of the MRA position is that it is fundamentally counterproductive to addressing the issues you constantly whine about. If you actually worked for gender equity a lot of these problems would be addressed, but everything you post suggests that your intention is just to punish women and whimper about how hard done by you are. You earn the mockery you receive many times over.
I don’t think military service is a “right” for either gender. They don’t have to take you even if you qualify. Needs of the service predominate; if you want to be a tanker and they need a cook, you become a cook.
Nothing would be accomplished (although a lot of harm would be done) by a men’s strike. Not that it would ever happpen - any more than the women’s strike is going happen.
So why did you have to place an incomplete rant, (with no serious question and no topic to debate) in General Questions and then twice in Great Debates if you already knew that it was not going to happen?
Time for recipe swaps! This time, bring your best soups (or anything else you feel like):
Seafood gumbo. Yes, I am from Louisiana. And my gumbo is the best in the world.
Make a roux – it takes a while, but it’s not actually that difficult. Heat about a half-cup of oil on med-high heat, then slowly add a half-cup of white flour, stirring continuously. Keep stirring until the roux is chocolate colored, then remove from heat and put aside. Then, in a big pot, saute chopped onions, green peppers, and celery (about 2 onions, 2 peppers, and an equal volume of celery) in oil. Add a pound of frozen chopped okra (or fresh, if you prefer). Saute and stir all these veggies for about 15 minutes or so. Add about 8 to 10 cups of chicken broth (or water with bouillon cubes). Add the roux and stir.
Season to taste (I use Zatarain’s creole seasoning, garlic, hot sauce, and some salt and pepper) after simmering for 30 minutes or so. Simmer for 2 hours or more (it will be fine after 2 hours and even better after 4-6 hours). Then add the seafood – I like about 3 pounds total catfish nuggets and shrimp, but you can add anything. Turn off the heat about 15 minutes after adding the seafood, and let it cool for a while.
Serve over white rice. This will be enough for a family of 4 for two meals if eaten as an entree. It will be amazing.
Two hours at 325 works too. Maybe an hour and a half wrapped, half hour sauced if you’re using sauce. I just started doing the lower temperature longer because it made me feel like a big man.
The day after the Women’s march, I saw a lot of stupid posts on Facebook along the lines of “I wish there would be a March for ----”.
One jackass in particular bemoaned the fact that nobody was marching against ISIS.
Here is what I told him and to this OP:
If you feel strongly about ----, then go fucking March or strike or whatever. Convince your friends to join you. There is nothing stopping you from taking a stand against ----. Just do it if you believe in it and and quit your whining. The women that set up the march here to mirror the D.C. one were expecting 20-30 people tops. Enough people showed up to cover 12 city blocks. So, set up a date and go do it, even if you are the only one.
But we know they aren’t. Even they don’t believe in their bullshit.
To clarify, I meant a right to equality of opportunity. Women who want to serve on the frontline should not be disqualified on the basis of their gender, but of course must meet the same stringent physical and mental standards men do. And while physical differences will mean that fewer women than men will meet that standard, many women will succeed if they are given the chance to attempt it.
I am aware there are advocates of “equality of outcome” in the armed services, to the extent that some suggest lowering the required standard in order to increase the number of women succeeding. This strikes me as fucking stupid, to put it bluntly.

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
(you can add nuts, but I don’t like them)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
8 oz bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
3 lbs Yukon Gold or red potatoes, cubed (I peel 'em but you can leave skins on)
1 quart low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Fry bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside, and try not to eat it all before the soup is done. Saute onion in bacon fat until soft.
Boil potatoes in broth, with salt and pepper, until tender, 15-20 minutes. Add sauteed onion and puree soup either with a stick blender or in a food processor, carefully, in batches. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and adjust seasoning to taste.
Top each bowl of soup with sour cream, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and whatever else goes well on a baked potato.
