That’d be True Porn Clerk Stories. I never found as funny as apparently everyone else in the world did, but more good-humored and good-natured, and definitely thoughtful and an entertaining read.

I’m so glad someone else mentioned Tomato Nation. Another Doper pointed me to it. I don’t think it gets updated as often now, but the archives are great. The author is also affiliated with the Television Without Pity site.
