In it lives one plecostomus ( I’m not sure which kind other than one that doesn’t get enormous ) two glowlite tetras, one gourami, two corydoras, 5 ottocynclis, and 3 african dwarf frogs.
I used to have lots of plants in it, but they mostly all died except for two anubis ( I think that’s what they’re called anyway ).
Thats it just sitting there empty. It has a small 12 gallon sump tank that will have 3 hang on the back filters in it and a protein skimmer and some extra live rock. The HOB Filters are there just because I had them, same with the rocks and why not add a little more filter power?
I breed clown fish, and now also bangai cardinal fish, at the aquaculture lab at my school, so those are obvious choices. I’ll also be putting in an ORA Indigo Dottyback and a tank raised serpent star. I’ll be babysitting a really beat up juvenile tang also until we can find a bigger/better home for him.
The corals are all going to be frags from the reef display tank I help out with or just from friends. Mostly long polyp stony corals, euphyllias are my favorite! Along with mushrooms, and pulsing xenia.
I’ll try to take some picks of mine. Have tried in the past with varying success, but keep forgetting the settings for the camera.
30g and 55g at home, and 3g at work - all heavily planted.
Here is our 125-gallon saltwater tank. We’ve had it up and running for about five years now. My husband build the stand and canopy himself. All of my pictures are kind of old, unfortunately. I need to get some new ones.
