I have some, can anyone suggest a good sauce?
Pesto???
I got raves from HoosierDaddy for topping a shrimp pasta dish with equal parts mixed store-bought pesto and alfredo sauces.
Brown butter and sage?
I’d probably just lightly coat with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
(Then again, right now I only cook for me, and so am sometimes lazy when cooking.)
(Then again on the other hand, olive oil and parmesan gets you about as little to cover up the flavor of the ravioli as you are going to get.)
or one might try an alfredo sauce, I guess.
