So yah, I told her about the SDMB. I gave her the link. I thought she might find it interesting, knowing how involved she is in another message board.

I never intended for her to honestly join the SDMB, but I just had to make the point of sending her a link to the Opeth thread. And I mentioned her message board there. So she joins the SDMB.

No, I will not be joining the UMMB, however, I do welcome you, Kittarin, to the SDMB and do hope you will find the community here as entertaining and educational as I do.

The whole “grudgingly” thing was just joking and sarcastic.

My sister really is my best friend and an all around wonderful person. We just don’t usually travel in the same social circles (if you would call the SDMB a social circle). I am genuine in my welcoming her to the boards.
