My sister and I live about 700 miles apart, but we stay very close to each other. I introduced her to the “Power” of the Boards while at her house duing Christmas. She and her husband had some questions that needed answered, and I promised them results. Of course, the SDMB did not dissapoint. She just called me a little while ago to let me know she had joined the boards and been lurking for a while now.

Please help me in making her feel like part of the club.

Everyone make sure to give her some good advice about posting. She already told me she is scared to post, especially in GD, because she doesn’t want to get jumped on if she makes a mistake. I tried to give her an idea of the really mean posters like Polycarp, Horseflesh, Eve, Quasimodem. :wink: Anyone else care to help out?
