A friend says she has been waking up to find blood on her pillow. Her theory is that she’s coughing up blood in her sleep… It’s not much, just a little puddle of it near the mouth. What’s the significance of this?
She has most likely had a bloody nose in her sleep. Happens to me sometimes if I have the air conditioner in “absolute zero mode.”
Go see a doctor.
Does she have scabs or bad acne or anything like that on her skin? Cause they might rub off during sleep, allowing bleeding. Or it could be a bloody nose - if that is the case, I reccomend a humidfier.
I’d agree with bloody nose in the sleep. I’ve had that happen a few times, usually after I’ve spent a long time around people smoking.
Are her gums bleeding? I say see a doc, too.
Oh, I used to have this sometimes. But after I stopped creeping out at night to feast on the blood of the living, it never happened again!
I’d think nosebleed, but it seems like she’d be able to see dried blood on her face. On the other hand, if she’s caughing up a enough blood to leave a stain on the pillow, she should wake up tasting a handful of pennies.
…aliens impanting tracking chips…simple stuff really…
Actually, I had a bloody nose last night (seriously), and it didn’t really leave a puddle. It was kind of scraped around. I do have weird dreams…
See a doc.
Well, with me I was chewing my tongue while I was sleeping. But I was pretty aware of that because my tongue was bleeding and my jaw was sore.
So maybe not.
My guess is bloody nose from dry air/body chemisty issue. If it keeps happening, getting it checked out would probably be a good thing.
The earwigs have hatched. She’s done for.
LMFAO!!! Or that creature they used in Wrath of Khan (Star trek whatever number movie… I’m no trekkie, shut up).
Before she goes sprinting off to spend $150 on a visit to the doc, I think she should wait a few days and see if this is a recurring phenomena and if so, she should carefully document all that she can and then and only then run scr4eaming off to the doctor, running red lights, driving on the sidewalk etc. You know, just like they drive in NYC.
