Signs of aging

So you have a really old artifact,…right?

It made mine entirely go away; they appeared when I was in my late 30s. I gathered then that age spots are caused by one of three things – aging (which seems unlikely in your case); problems with liver function (some people call them liver spots and that’s why); and mineral deficiency. However at that time anyway I couldn’t get ay kind of handle on which mineral/s were the problem.

Which seems like it should be easy to find out but wasn’t. I did narrow it down to those three, though to be entirely honest I do not recall why I settled on them. Aging’s effect on my memory no doubt.

Anyway, mine went away entirely with a liquid trace mineral supplement. Then it occurred to me that if I had a trace mineral deficiency I probably ought to consider…so then I started taking a mineral supplement with trace minerals. Now we have moved to a place with a very high mineral content in the water and I don’t take them any more. Spots haven’t come back yet.

Well, I just bought my first automatic transmission car. No more popping the clutch and burning out of the bank parking lot for Gramma Woo. Damn.

I just can’t handle the standard shift in traffic these days. It makes me cranky. But then, so many things make me cranky . . .
