Silly DoD Contracting Abbrv's in Ads

Surely some SDopers in the Wash DC area supporting DoD would understand what “FAR/DFAR” stamds for? I am sure these are devices I have employed while supporting DoD Offices, but sometimes…you don’t even hear such terms being used until after the fact!

DFAR = DEFENSE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION
FAR = FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION

Further clarification: FAR applies to civilian agencies, DFAR to the military ones.
