Silly question - Childhood toy, British or Danish?

It says Denmark on the bottom, so I’m assuming it’s Danish.

It helps if the links work, which they appear to be doing now.

Hey, I had one of those! It was a hand-me-down from my older brother, and I loved it. One small difference, I swear the pants were in three or four separate rings as well, but everything else, down to the white ring “belt” and even the expression on the soldier’s face is exactly the same. So maybe my memory is wrong about the pants. I’ll have to ask Mom if it’s still lying around anywhere.

Yeah, I think it’s pretty cool. I’m too old to play with it of course, but I keep it out to look at.

Too old to play with toys? DOES NOT COMPUTE.
