Although it is often believed that that line is referring to Carlos Casteneda, it doesn’t really refer to anyone. The line was originally written as “I’m the first cartoon character to travel through time!” However, the writers didn’t find that funny enough, and it was changed to the non-sequitur “non-Brazilian.”
