Single guys more likely to be creeps/pervs?

If one is true then the other is necessarily true.

Although a creepy old guy myself, I’ve got no dog in this fight: I think God made women in their twenties only to take both His and my vengance out upon those equally annoying guys in their twenties who are on their first job selling car stereos to suckers and carving notchels on their bedposts and otherwise dividing humanity into “winners” and “losers”; while I think that women my age are pretty damn hot (as some of them agree about me).

But, at the risk of taking even more scorn out of my sarcasm (or vice verse), I’ll elaborate on the assumption that if this were a thread about young male attitudes that could be summed up as “slut = a woman who will have sex with me, bitch = one who won’t,” which would immediately and justifiably be flamed, I’m entitled to address the misandry inherent in attitude the OP describes: “inappropriate = perverted”

When a male desires sex with an adult female, that’s not perverted, that’s “healthy.”

When that mail overrides that healthy impulse when acting on it would be inappropriate (one of them has a SO, or it would compromise a workplace relationship, or she would obviously not reciprocate, etc.) that’s “mature.”

When he circumvents that barrier by means of paraphilia (installing hidden cameras, sneaking in and stealing her underwear, etc,) then I’ll sign on with “perverted.”

Much of what is inappropriate is also perverted: such as sex with children or animals. But to deny those with whom we’d not want to have sex of their own sexuality (“no fat chicks”) and then go beyond that, to calling them sexually perverted, is, well, a perversion.

“Shit, Of course he’s a pervert: he’s old enough to be my dad. And he’s always wearing that dirty T-shirt and those stinky Nike sandals. And I don’t know which are more yellow – his teeth or his toenails.”

nitpick: not necessarily. Imagine a population of 100 men, 1 of which is married, 99 single. Imagine 3 of them are creepy - 1 married creep, and two single creep. In this case, a creepy guy is more likely to be single, but a married guy is more likely to be creepy.
