I ran into a old friend today and asked her about a prominent change on her face. She has a patch on her cheek that looks like a group of tightly packed blackheads or close range powder burns, maybe a tightly packed patch of tattooed black dots covering an 1 inch rough circle. Yhe lesion consisted of individual discrete tiny dots of black color. I suggested she see a dermatologist posthaste, but meanwhile, does any Doper have an idea about the skin lesion I have described?
Did it look kinda like this? It’s a kind of wart cluster - google mosaic warts - or not…
I had a plantar wart in college (thanks, shared showers!) that sounds a lot like your description. Sounds like something similar can develop on the face, too.
