My husband has an HP laptop and its webcam software came preinstalled with the coolest feature that lets you click a button while using Skype or any other webcam chat and make it look like snow is falling, put picture frames around your face, etc. As far as I can tell, this is specific to his laptop. Are there any third party software programs that do something similar that I could use with Skype? FWIW, I have a Toshiba Sattelite notebook.
