Not looking to do anything perverted. I got a new laptop with a webcam on it.
I’m just curious to see how it works. I tried to google to see if there are any random people I can chat with but as you can imagine, all I got in return were people looking to get off.
Any suggestions guys?
Just my opinion, but you may have got it for the wrong purpose. 
Actually, I use mine when I am away to chat with my wife.

Someone else can correct me but I htik Skype allows you to use webcams.
Webcams are for showing stuff in front of your computer. What do you want to show? To whom?
Pretty much any instant message program will let you use webcams. You know, Yahoo, Gmail, MSN, AOL…
If you want a makeover or new glasses, you can see how they will look on you.

Skype is fun to use with your webcam; I was able to attend my family functions last Christmas thanks to Skype. We loaded it up on both ends and I got to visit everyone, it was great.
You could try chatroulette, but I think that’s pretty much 99% penis shots.
You pretty much have to have someone you want to chat with and use either an IM program or skype.
