I always sleep in the nude, no matter what time of the year it is.
I typically sleep in the nude, but I don’t get obsessive about it. If I’m wearing boxers or sweats or something and am reading in bed and get seriously tired, I just flip off the light and go to sleep. Normal “going to bed” preperations though include me sans clothing.
Unless we have guests or I’m leaving the house (to go somewhere or let the dog out), I never have clothes on. I spend all my waking hours at home naked. So I don’t just sleep naked–I cook, clean, do homework, etc. all naked!
I know, I know, TMI…
95%+ I sleep nekkid. I never used to, but a girlfriend showed me what I had been missing.
Usually naked. Tonight I am sleeping in my thermals though, cause it is cold outside and I am too cheap to turn on the heat! 
And I have a terrible problem with my feet getting cold. Socks tonight for sure.

Cannot, absolutely cannot sleep without socks on.
Everything else is arguable.
With someone else, nude is okay. Alone, shorts only.
Yeah, I have windows but I work at night and sleep during the day and since I have this completely bizarre paralyzing fear of being able to see out of windows when it is dark outside, I always have the curtains pulled when I am awake.
So far as being comfortable with my body, it’s just that not wearing clothes is much more comfortable than wearing them. Now, if someone who didn’t love me were to happen to see my naked body, they would probably be scarred for life but hey, while it may not be the best in the world right now, it’s mine and there’s no use trying to hide the truth! (Like when my mom says, “You can’t wear that–it makes you look fat!” Ummm…I am fat, Mom! Different clothes aren’t going to change that!)
90% nude unless I am not at home, then I wear underpants or sweatpants.
I had a bf who was naked all the time. I loved showing up at his apartment and having him answer the door au naturel. It was quite the timesaver

I usualy sleep (50%-75%) in my birthday suit, but when I do wear something to bed I almost always end up peeling it off in my sleep. This makes for some interesting encounters when I sleep over at friends’ houses & get up in the middle of the night, semi-concious, to go fumbling around the house trying to remember where the bathroom is.
I once stayed at a bed & breakfast in Manhattan where there was only one shared bathroom on each floor. On at least one occasion I came to my senses in the hallway a few steps away from my door. As far as I know, I was not observed by other guests.
Whew.
Boxers unless its really hot or after coitus (I used a 25 cent word!) - that way if i have to run out and answer the door or whatnot i don’t have to scrounge for something to wear…

I don’t often sleep in the nude as a daddy must always be ready to jump out of bed in the middle of the night. I don’t think the kids could handle the trauma of seeing my pasty white body coming at them in the middle of the night. Flannel boxers are my choice for winter sleeping attire.
Nude is great and what I prefer, right now I’ll have to settle for Lola sleeping au naturel… with her and a down duvet I should be warm enough all winter.
I’d sleep in the nude, but I’m afraid my little sister might have problems with it. When I sleep over at my boy’s house, I always lose the clothes. At home, I’m in boxers and a tshirt.
Slept naked 100% of the time for about 15 years or so beginning in college. Started wearing jammies a couple of years ago. Part of it had to do with I suddenly started being cold. Another part is our struggle to imbue our kids with some sense of privacy/modesty.
