I go commando. Wearing underpants when I sleep bunches up my nuts in uncomfotable ways. And if I attempt to wear socks when I sleep, I get the feeling that a little gnome is holding a flame thrower to my feet.
I also sleep naked. Even if it’s really cold I’ll just add more (thicker) blankets. I’ve been doing this since I was at least 12, possibly earlier.
naked when in hotels or home when the kids are either gone for the night or very unlikely to come in or ask me to get up.
I know tons and tons of people who sleep naked but I simply can’t, my shoulders get cold. I must at least wear a shirt, and I generally wear panties, too, though I can do without them.
NEVERNEVERNEVER socks.
I think that most men like to sleep naked.
I’m female, however, and I like pyama bottoms to keep my thighs from clinging. And a shirt or pyama top to keep my arms and shoulders warm.
big tee shirt, underwear, socks in winter. Sometimes if it’s really cold, lightweight knitwear drawstring pants as well. The times I tried sleeping without a shirt and/or undies I felt very, very exposed and vulnerable.
Even though I often sleep in 100 degree weather, I’m always wearing a t shirt, sweatpants and socks. In the winter, I’m more likely to be wearing a long sleeve T shirt or a hockey jersey with the sweatpants.
I sleep naked in summer (unless we have guests) and in sweatpants and a T-shirt in winter.
I’ve tried sleeping naked before, and…I dunno, I just don’t like it. It makes me feel all exposed, no matter how many blankets I pile on top of me. I can sleep with a t-shirt and panties on, but mostly I do the whole PJ bottom, t-shirt top thing. Panties, but no bra. No socks, either, unless I’m camping outdoors and it’s cold.
Nothing. The only time I wear anything at all is panties when Aunt Flo’s in town, and whenever I have/am a guest, and then I tend to wear a long nightshirt. And boy, do I dislike having to wear anything.
I used to wear a nightshirt in the winter (I understand completely about cold shoulders), but I guess I ended up getting better at keeping myself bundled up with just blankets.
Starkers, unless I’m staying at someone’s house or a hotel. Then I wear boxers.
Nekid.
Pajama bottoms and T-shirt. Shorts and T-shirt in summer. No way could I sleep naked.
I picked other because I use eyeshades (yes, with butterflies!). That’s all I wear though so mostly naked.
Just me and the boxer-briefs.
I wear long (midcalf) T-shirt like things from Lands End. No underpants, no pjs, no long sleeves–all that stuff gets tangled up when I toss and turn. Socks if it’s cold because my feet cramp up.
I would really rather go with nothing and up the ante on the covers if it’s cold weather (I like the bedroom cool) but one of my friends once had a fire in the middle of the night and he and his family had to escape with the clothes on their back. Literally. After that I went with the long T-shirt…
Nada… I move a lot at night and getting bound up in clothing and bed linens is a sure-fire way for me to wake up in a REALLY bad mood.
Female, and I just wear underwear. And that’s just in case the house catches fire in the night.
Boxers. Had no idea so many people slept in the buff.
I can’t wear pyjama bottoms though - they ride up and drive me batty. I don’t really like having anything around my legs to start with.
