This is my problem, in the simplest way of putting it (because either way I know you won’t believe me anyways, but you’ll see)…I’m a sleepwalker; I experience this a good 3 nights a week. Well, that’s not the issue though. My problem is that i have a problem with walking outside. For some reason, my body subconciously decides to get some fresh air. But I have this german shepherd, naturally a very smart dog (hey why would I want a dog I hafta take care of??) Anyways, my dog notices that I walk outside, so what does he do? He jumps up and locks my door as I’m snoozin on the front lawn. So when I wake up in the morning, I’m left with no options (neighbors dont like hairy naked men and the cops dont believe me) so I’m forced to break a window to get in. Well I’m sick of destroying my own house and I was wondering if anyone knew simple ways of picking locks involving simple {stress simple} tools (i.e. a couple of paperclips, pins, etc.)? Any help would be appreciated…
I use this jagged piece of metal that came with my apartment to unlock the door. Works pretty good.
Hmmm…um, welcome to the boards?
So I guess I’m not understanding. You break and repair your window three times a week? Why don’t you just leave a window open at night? Why don’t you keep your dog inside? How exactly does your dog lock the door on you anyway?
And if your answer to some of these questions are: I’m afraid of burglars, I’m going to tell you that sleeping out on your lawn probably isn’t the safest place to be when the bad men come creeping towards you in the dead of night.
I’ll play.
Three options:
-
Get married.
-
Kill your dog.
-
Put a extra house key under your doormat.
Option #1 is kind of extreme, but it appears to me this is a life or death situation.
And since pretty much any tutorial on how to pick locks is not going to happen on this boards, I’ll second the “extra key” motion and close this thread.
