… thinking about it, I’d love for them to go back to Apocalypse overarcing story-line. Yes, Moloch is dead, but they can always say that Moloch was simply a lieutenant (leftenant?) in the War and that Satan (Lucifer) is really the guiding force.

Two Seals have already been broken, though the Horsemen have appeared in the wrong order (in Revelation the order of the Horsemen is: Conquest/Pestilence, War, Famine, Death). So maybe the Headless Horsemen goes away for a while when the Horseman of Pestilence returns (he was in a S1 ep, IIRC). And they’ll have to find a new Horseman of War - I don’t think Satan would be pleased with Henry turning against Moloch.

I love it for it’s campy goodness. The chemistry between Ichabod and Abby is fantastic. The creatures are wonderful. I do get a little tired of the “hey the rare text that has the exact answer we need is just here on the shelf” routine, but I can live with it. I don’t want them to turn Ichabod into too much of a Mary Sue who has interacted with every notable patriot and participated in every notable event. But again, if it doesn’t get too bad, I can live with it.

I do love the stranger-in-a-strange-land moments, like when Ichy was offended by two guys in a coffee shop. Abby thought he was offended by the fact that they were a same-sex couple, but he was only offended that they were wearing HATS indoors.

That is silly because no way would he even assume they were a couple, I mean he is from an era where single dudes shared beds and thought nothing odd about it.

Yes, but Abby’s not a history buff. I’m not surprised she wouldn’t be aware of Revolutionary Era mores and customs and make assumptions based on common modern views of “ye olden days”.
