How can companies get away with this type of scam - you pay out $350 for a slingbox - it allows you to watch your home TV system on your computer at other locations - it works for about 3-4 months and not very good at that and then one day you cannot connect to it - you call up their tech support and they YES we can help you BUT it will cost you $50 -of course they never mention this in there advertising literature - so what ever happened to good customer service ?? So I guess the operative word here is caveat emptor or in plain English - I like to get kissed before I get screwed !!!
