Most (all?) people who knew him from the outside do not wish him well.
We have a number of folks in custody whose surviving friends and family most fervently wish that said inmates suffer and then die.
Two questions, possibly contradictory:

Yeah, QtM, I saw your respone. An understandable, but sad (in a way)situation nevertheless. Then again, I don’t know what crimes he was successfully prosecuted for either.
Probably not, but “toilet hooch” is that intoxicating liquid produced by putting various fruit and starches along with a little yeast (bread lifted from the kitchen, actual yeast lifted from the bakery) and some water all together in a convenient receptacle (very commonly a toilet, also sometimes a foot soak basin) and waiting a bit for it to ferment.
Frankly, I don’t know what he did either. For me, knowing tends to interfere with practicing good medicine, so I don’t tend to find out. I just know he’s in for a loooong time and nobody likes him, in or out.
