That’s isn’t a stupid question at all. IIRC is If I Recall Correctly. A whoosh is the sound of something very obvious going right over someone’s head – in other words (trying to find the right words here), where Poster B takes Poster A seriously when Poster A is actually being ironic. Poster B is then said to be “whooshed” after his/her reaction.
