Yup. I was reading the Wally tribute page and Silo’s song gave me the idea to finally get around to getting Winamp. So I clicked the link provided, and at the Winamp site I was asked if I wanted to download it.
So I said “okay”, and clicked.
And 27 seconds later it was downloaded.
And 43 seconds after that it was set up on my harddrive.
And five seconds later it loaded with a demo file, proclaiming it to “kick the llama’s ass”. And it does.
The quality beats the shit out of Realplayer and even Quicktime (Blackeyes had to use Reaplayer after a mishap involving downloading the latest Quicktime resulted in err um, erasing Quicktime).
So I left to get a cookie. Lemon creme kind.
When it stayed there on my bright Cloud-background desktop, and a shiny demon (Me. meh) appeared.
And so I SAID, “play me the beeesst soonng in the world.”
“Or I’ll delete your ASS”
And it said, “okay”.
So it played the first file that came to it’s window, and it just so happened to be the best song in the world; yes, it was the best song in the world.
