So Fritz Ritz is pretty good looking, she started out (way back when) as a flapper, then Nancy took over the strip and Fritz was phased out only to come back again years later.
Does it seem odd that a comic about an innocent little girl like Nancy has a nicely proportioned aunt around her?
And seriously, what’s with the T-shirts she wears?
Yeah, except for the lack of an external nose. The whole “nostrils opening directly into the face” thing strikes me as rather alien or perhaps zombie-like.
I don’t know if it’s what you mean, but Fritzi Ritz usually wears T-shirts with the names of bands or musicians that are favorites of Guy Gilchrist, who draws the strip.
You mean Fritzi. Fritz is not the least bit hot.
She’s no Blondie or Daisey Mae.
I’m squicked out by the thought that anyone, anywhere would have an “Aunt Fritz” that was “hot”. What next, sexy Sister Bruno?
The strip was originally called Fritzi Ritz. Nancy was introduced into the strip in 1933, eleven years after the strip’s debut. Nancy eventually took over the strip, but Aunt Fritzi still shows up occasionally.
