My reaction to this kind of comment is partly this:
He’s 19. Legally, there is no choice but to make a bright line between child and adult, so, in court, he’s an adult. But I’m not in court, and think that a 19 year old is only half adult.
I think 19 is old enough to be a real dick and he sure looks and acts like his dickiness is well matured.
Perhaps this period of his early adulthood will make him political poison if he ever tries to run for office.
