Fear Itself - congratulations on your triple crown! You’re the biggest idiot, the biggest asshole, and the biggest weasel all simultaneously in the same thread. Most of us go for one of the three but, showman that you are, you’ve shown us all how it’s supposed to be done. Kudos.
After showcasing your supreme idiocy (you managed to hold off FinnAgain in a photo finish) by asserting a greater familiarity with Australian culture and social norms than natives and casually slandering KFC Australia, you took it to another level when you pulled the asshole move of implying an ethnic slur (ironically enough, in a thread ostensibly devoted to the discussion of racial sensitivity). To wit:
Then, when called on your implication and asked to clarify, you decided to play the weasel card:
My rejoinder to you gave you the opportunity to grab that final bit of weasel glory. And you did not disappoint!
So once again, congratulations on a job well done. You da man!
I wanted to be annoyed about your quote, but after reading that thread, I can only be…awed.
How the fuck can people do that, go around and around in circles talking the same shit over and over again, all in a high and mighty tone of false courtesy?
I mean, the trolls are easy to spot (No way in hell Finnagain is anything but a troll judging by that) but even the people responding to them need slapped. I feel like shaking them and shouting, “HE’S TAKING THE PISS, AND YOU ARE ENABLING HIM”. I have never had much time for (so-called) Great Debates, and I think I know why. I might just be too honest for it.
I’ve read much of the thread in question, and I just don’t see what’s so wrong about saying that if you feel awkward about being in a big group of black people carrying on, the best way to calm them down is to break out the fried chicken.
Well, when they start making my head hurt with all their music and their wild dancing, if I don’t have watermelon on hand, I always pull out the fried chicken.
Thanks for pointing this out and yup, it certainly did not mean what I thought it meant, maybe something to do with English not being my native language.
I think, this is the word I wanted to use : inconsiderate
LOL… Location is Ireland, so I should be able to spell proper English, but I’m not a native so to speak…even after 11 years living here, although I would consider myself Irish-by-choice at this point.
Please don’t talk about my friend FinnaAgain that way. He is a nice fellow, deserving of your highest praise.
Also, I am afraid he will come in here and post tons of tl;dr rants that really just boil down to him calling people stupid. Help keep our pit… well, if not clean, at least not retarded.
