I just recently found out that Rotten.com, everyone’s favorite source of dead baby pictures and suicides, has a library section. There’s a suprising amount of material on a wide variety of subjects. From what subjects I know of, like Rasputin, it seems fairly accurate. However, when browsing subjects like 9/11, and the oklahoma city bombing, rotten seems to be deep into tinfoil territory. Other subjects seem almost too fantastical for me not to have heard of before.
Anyways, so what the verdict on the library?
Here’s the link, it’s fairly work-safe, if you don’t click on stuff like ‘gang bangs’. www.rotten.com/library
I checked the links you gave and all of them represent very mainstream knowledge about the affairs covered. Nothing remotely tinfoil.
In particular, regarding the OKC bombing, there is an astonishing laundry list of botched federal actions in the whole affair. You could write several thousands of pages listing such things as deliberately destroyed evidence, failure to pursue leads, documents withheld from defense teams and on and on. Sure McVeigh did it and Nichols was involved, but who else was in on it? The Feds seem utterly uninterested in even questioning anyone they aren’t forced to.
While the tinfoil hat crowd might have theories as to “Why?”, there doesn’t seem to be any mainstream consensus as to the peculiarities of the OKC bombing “investigation.”
And yes, the FBI did know in 1995 that Al Qaeda was planning to hijack multiple airplanes and fly them into the WTC and other buildings.
