In over ten years here, I have only met one- and that was in Edinburgh. (I discount my sister.) I have communicated with heaps and exchanged proper mail and gifts.
However, overall I have only met one.

Only one that I’m aware of. There’s other people I’ve talked to IRL that have made me wonder if they might be a doper, but Milwaukee doesn’t have a large doper community, so that chances of that happening are pretty slim. The one that I’ve met wasn’t an accident, we made plans to meet up.
I have met one Doper in person, twice. And although you didn’t ask, it was WordMan.
Not a doper, but a doper’s brother. He was my kinda-boss at my old job.
Bunches - more than 20, for sure, and maybe more than 30. I’ve been to gatherings, hosted a few, met up with Dopers when I’ve gone on travel for work, and even had at least 2 spend the night at my house. One even came to the funeral home when my dad died.
I’m not going to try to list them all because I’m sure to forget some. But now that I think about all the events I’ve attended since I joined the boards, I feel safe in saying definitely more than 30.
Probably close to a couple dozen. A couple have become good friends.
Somewhere in the neighborhood of ten, maybe a few more.

I went to a dopefest in NYC a few years back so whoever was there. But I’ve only stayed in touch with one fine fellow.
Lots. Between the SoCal and Vegas Dopefests, I must have met at least 35-40. Not to mention my wife, who is more of a lurker but still posts occasionally.
None, but I definitely would. Dopers are so much better than real people! 
One NJ dopefest a few years ago at Whatexit?'s house. I think there were 6 of us.
If the timing were right I would do it again.
I have not yet had the pleasure. I hope to meet one or two in the near future though.
We should be able to open our deli in the next month (please, universe, stop throwing hurdles!), and at least two dopers have expressed an interest in coming in to eat.
I’d be thrilled to host a get together, but I don’t think we have many members up my way.

Around twenty. There is a large contingent in the Greater Toronto Area (and we haven’t had a Toronto Dopefest in far too long, come to think of it…), and I make a point of getting in touch with Dopers when I travel out of town, to see if there’s a way of meeting up.
Dopers are a fascinating bunch of people.
I used to work with msmith537 and two other Dopers that rarely post these days. I have only met a couple of more that I didn’t know otherwise.
I’ve set out to meet and met 2 Dopers, when needscoffee was kind enough to show me around Seattle and take me to lunch with Johnny L.A.
I happen to have been dating 2 different dudes when they became Dopers, and they continue to be Dopers, but I don’t think that counts.

I’ve met one Doper in real life. Pittsburgh Santarchy; I was a Naughty Santa handing out adult DVDs, he was an Amish Santa handing out cigars. Hohoho!!!
